Be prepared to never feel the same again.
As part of this bespoke 1-2-1 transformation, Dimple will guide you into the Quantum and so each session is bespoke to your needs. This may include one or more of the following in any one session:
Don’t be surprised if lifelong ailments such as back pain, headaches, asthma, heartache, heaviness, etc. DISAPPEAR. This is not guaranteed but occurs regularly.
Please read this very carefully to prepare for your sessions. 
You MUST prepare for your sessions;
  1. Allow 90 mins – the session is 60 mins and integration and processing time afterwards. People respond differently to the healing from tiredness to extreme energy to no response. All is good and perfect.
  2. Be in a place where you are comfortable and will not be disturbed.
  3. Ensure you are well hydrated. Water is the main conductor of energy in our bodies and is needed to have maximum results for your healing.
  4. Consider the things in your life that are causing you the most discomfort/pain and bring that list to your sessions. The success of your healing will be governed by what you bring to the session.
  5. Relax, don’t worry or overthink the session. The least resistance the better the healing.
After the session:
  1. Schedule recovery time to do nothing but relax and integrate the work.
  2. Don’t try to make logical sense of the session. Energy is not logical. This is a time when you have to trust your body to do its job and allow your soul and subconscious mind to work its magic.
  3. Don’t be surprised if mysterious coincidences start to occur in your life or you start to notice that people or situations that previously would bother you don’t anymore. Or you respond differently to them. This is all normal. Just celebrate with gratitude the transformation.
  4. Sometimes people feel very emotional between sessions. This is normal and is all the old emotions releasing that have been stuck in your body. Allow yourself to feel them without judgement or putting a meaning or words to them. Emotions/feelings are just energy moving through your body. 
  5. If you find this overwhelming it can be helpful to just write down what you are feeling and your thoughts to get them out of your body and help the releasing process. Also, movement helps, especially in nature. Nature is very grounding and takes all the trapped emotion and puts it back to mother nature. (Dare I say it tree-hugging, walking barefoot on the grass or sand that is actually why it feels so good).
Housekeeping & Next Steps:
  1. You will now be added to Dimple’s Waitlist and will be advised as soon as she has availability for you to book your sessions.
  2. Your purchase of HWP includes 3 sessions – When you can and have booked your sessions, please remember to allow yourself 90 mins in your schedule.
  3. As soon as you receive notification that you can book your sessions, we suggest you book all three sessions at once to guarantee Dimple’s availability.
  4. The sessions are carried out over zoom. You will be emailed separately with your personal Zoom link and it will be the same for each session.
  5. The sessions will NOT be recorded
